I created these cards for counsellors, coaches, healers and people on a journey of personal healing as a tool for the art and science of body-oriented healing and polyvagal-informed trauma resolution.
My inspiration for this deck came from a deep understanding of the challenges people experience when seeking to regulate their own nervous system in the face of trauma.
Throughout my years of working somatically with clients and students, I have often been asked for practices to relieve dysregulation, stress and anxiety. But, as a student and practitioner of mysticism and non-dual spirituality, I recognized that without understanding the underlying principles, the higher potential of nervous system practices as a connecting and unifying force between Self and Other could not be realized.
These artfully designed cards integrate somatic psychology, attachment theory, embodiment practices, inter-relationality and therapeutic wisdom – and are peppered with non-dual philosophy and shamanic insight to add depth and richness to your journey through the principles and practices.
